Work supervision is an inevitable part of our working ethics. Our employees are acquainted with it and stick strictly to the instructions given by their work cleaning supervisor women or mentor. Cleaning supervisor is in charge of all the employees that are under his control and accepts all responsibility for possible inflicted damage by the members of ZTS team in case there is justified doubt that an employee of ZTS staff has done some kind of omission or destroyed property of the client.
Likewise, ZTS assumes responsibility in case work supervisor or mentor has made an omission and hasn’t passed on important information to the employee who in that case didn’t stick to the agreement between the client and us. Therefore, it is essential to take a moment of your free time in order to check with our supervisors whether the task has been implemented well and to remove possible flaws straightaway.
