All our cleaning women are expert in performing everyday tasks and have attended courses of usages of machines and agents in cleaning of business premises and in their work they use exclusively our professional cleaning agents. In case our cleaning women become ill or cannot come out of any reason, we will provide you substitute employees in order to keep your business premises continuously clean and tidy.

When being employed, all our employees bring a certificate of no criminal record issued by the Ministry of the interior by the Republic of Croatia and are assessed and supervised in their test-cleanings by our mentors before they get their employment. Work supervision of our cleaning women in your company is carried out by our technical mentors of cleaners.

When concluding the Contract on maintenance of your business premises, we take responsibility for cleaning your business premises and work of our employees and are accountable for all irregularities arising from proved unconscientious work of our workers.

Our cleaning women (cleaners/hostesses) have longtime experience and behave responsibly in all situations.This is also supported by our above-mentioned assuming responsibility for both cleaning women and performed work. We respect your work manner and criteria and try to the utmost to adapt to your needs with our cleaners as well as during work performance.

As it has already been stated, our cleaning women do their work when you need it, be it the time after your working hours or at weekends or between your shifts. In this case we try to the fullest to come out to meet you and endeavour to adapt cleaning „timing“ to your needs and time when you are not disturbed. You never disturb us, on the contrary, we are always ready that you control work of our employees, that is cleaners in collaboration with our supervisors.

In that case when you take a little time, you do not only supervise the performed work of our cleaners, but also point to what’s important to you, that is what special attention should be paid to, in order to make you satisfied since the only thing we want are satisfied clients.
